Hang a feeder low to the ground and in dense brush. This will most likely attract them, especially more than having a high feeder.
During the breeding season, you will most likely find them in a couple of Southern states such as Texas, Arizona, Louisana, and Oklahoma.
During migration season though, they will most likely be spotted around the border of Mexico. This season is around the wintertime.
